Party Time! Let's get Organized!

Check out my new organized craft room for Syd and me? Oh wait, that is not my house, that is an inspiration room from the Container Store...bummer. A girl can dream can't she? I have been thinking about my lack of organization for over week now. Remember when we talked about Adding Purpose to spaces (AKA, organization!)? And you all shared with me some of your ideas for organization? Remember that? Well, some of you may not remember because you forgot to share your ideas...haha! And some of you shared some awesome ideas that I really need to know more about. Bare with me, but I am a visual learner. I need to see what you are talking about! Jill A. - what is this color coding system all about that you do? What does it look like? Is it easy to keep up with? Kelley - shelves in your laundry room....what kind? how do you organize it, I need pictures, pictures, pictures! Hillary - I am quite sure that there are others out there that need to see your idea for hanging backpacks and purses. I can't be the only one that has 20 bags I like to use as my purse. But of course I really only use one, but how is a girl to store them all so that I have the option of grabbing a different bag? And to everyone else that didn't want to share because you think you are not a good organizer....I say get over it and start sharing! ha ha! You can't be any worse than me...don't make me show you another picture of my work room.... So here is my challenge this week. Let's have an idea swap about how we keep ourselves, our homes, our kids, our minds, our purses, our pets, our husbands or anything else of importance to us organized. Here is how to play: 1. take a picture of your "organization idea" 2. If you have a blog, post the pictures on your blog and tell us a little about it. 3. Then use Mr. Linky below and link your blog post to me. (just remember that you need to link the URL from just the "Idea Swap" post, not your homepage!) 4. And if you don't have a blog, don't think you can't play. Go ahead and email me the pictures with a small description and I will put them up for you. But if you don't have a blog, this might be a good time to start one! 5. Don't leave me hanging, no one likes to party by themselves! (or if you do, that is a whole other issue!) Plus, I once heard that not sharing your favorite family recipes was the same as not sharing the gospel with others. Well, I am officially declaring that not sharing your organization ideas with me is the same as not sharing the gospel! Not to make you feel guilty or anything...
