We just got back from 10 days in Maryland and I miss the weather already. It was so very nice to be in cool air with NO humidity. I'm telling ya....if you haven't gone through menapause yet you need to count your blessings. Ever since my hysterectomy two years ago, I basically sweat 24/7. Seriously, I used to make fun of my mom for being hot all of the time and now I am eating my words!
Any-hoo, here are some quick highlights from our trip...mostly of us enjoying the outdoors any way that we could.
Swallow Falls, Maryland (see chip way up there?) I was not a fan of having him stand on the ledge of the cliff up there but I have to admit it turned out to be a coo picture!
Carving real pumpkins (not the crafy fake ones at Michaels
No joke, I milked a cow. And you know what? It wasn't as hard as I thoght it would be. That picture is me and farmer Ray. He gave me a couple tips and then milk away I went!!!
