Projects I want to Try

Every week I search for new ideas to contemplate trying in my own house!  I know I sound like a broken record, but I am not creative enough to come up with the ideas, I'm just savvy enough to know how to copy and what to copy.  It's a gift....I mean having good taste...it's my gift!

Here's what caught my eye this week!

Modge Podge Custom Coasters
Side Note:  This will require me to actually glue...which you know that I don't do (click Here). Yet, I'm still contemplating.  I could just beg my friend Jenn to do it! (she does lots of modge podge stuff....Here, Here)

Go on over to Becky's Blog and try your hand at making these coasters.

Make Your Own Apothecary Jars

Where can you find the step by step guide?  Santy2Chic  This is one of my favorite new blogs.  They are two sisters from Texas (that already makes us BFF!) and they give really easy to follow steps on how to do their projects.  And they don't tend to be "crafty" know what I mean?  I don't like it when a craft looks crafty.  It should look like I purchased it, not like I put it together myself.

Have you tried anything new?  Are you a creative one that can come up with these?  Or are you like me....you have a good eye for things?
Update:  Jenn already completed this project.  Check out her handi-work!

I have purchased all of the supplies at Hobby Lobby but I am missing one candlestick.  Gotta go back this week to see if they re-stocked!
