Ok, here is the truth. When a store like Jo-ann Fabrics or Hobby Lobby has their decorator fabric on sale for 50%, those prices are so cheap that they can't be beat. My mom has accounts with all of the major fabric companies and her wholesale price is still more than if you purchase during a sale. Shhh..don't tell anyone else, it will be our little secret.
